Welcome to the LPS Technology Department Support portal. At this time, the only service offered through the portal is the ability to check on either a specific request or a history of your requests by clicking the link to the left titled "Check on a Request".
To check on a specific request you will need the access key which is provided in the auto reply email message you received shortly after creating a new request. That key is unique to that request.
To check on your complete request history you will need to enter your email address and then click the "retrieve my password" link just beneath that box.
Clicking the "retrieve my password" link will generate an email sent to your inbox containing your automatically assigned password. Enter that password into the password box and then click the "Login" box to see your complete request history.
You can change your password after you have successfully logged in or you can note the one automatically created for future reference.
In the future, the LPS Technology Department Support portal will offer additional support services such as tutorials in the form of Knowledge Books that will walk you through common tasks step-by-step.
